El Manor Ave officially opened and began selling clothing and stickers at the Ogden Bizarre on Oct. 17.
We were so happy to be part of the October Bizarre and we couldn't think of a better way to officially launch our business than with the local community here in Utah.
This community event is hosted twice each month in Ogden, Utah and features local vendors and small businesses from across the region. This particular event, Booth or Treat, had 50 different vendors. With a Halloween theme, trick or treaters, and a booth decorating contest, it was fun for guests and vendors alike.
We decked our booth out in Halloween décor, and I dressed up as Negan from The Walking Dead.
It was great to meet so many members of the community and to have the opportunity to share the story of El Manor Ave.
We sold our very first products to customers at the event, handed out stickers and business cards, gave goody bags with candy to trick-or-treaters, and even previewed some of our upcoming shirt designs.
And, of course, we were able to support other small businesses.
Thank you to everyone who showed up at the event and to Indie Ogden for putting this event on. We can't wait to do more local events in Utah and get more involved with the community.
